IDP Fantasy 2023 – Waiver Wire Targets for Week 14

With Week 13 in the books, it is time to start looking ahead to the waiver wire and assessing what talent is available to help boost your roster. These are the IDP players you should look to target ahead of Week 14.

Defensive line

Denico Autry, Tennessee Titans – Autry is in good form at the moment, with four sacks in his last four games. He had a great outing against the Colts in Week 13 that marked his second straight 20+ point game. Next week he faces a Dolphins team that has allowed 11 sacks in their last six games.

Jonathan Greenard, Houston Texans – Greenard’s production has been up and down this season but he has done well when faced with bad offensive lines. They don’t get much worse than the Jets, who he will face in Week 14.

Justin Madubuike, Baltimore Ravens – The Ravens will come back from their bye in Week 14 against the Rams. Madubuike has had at least one sack in eight of his 12 games this season and has scored double digit fantast points in nine of his last 10.

Linebacker

EJ Speed, Indianapolis Colts – Speed has taken over as the starter in Indianapolis after the team cut Shaquille Leonard. in his two games as a starter he has amassed 14 tackles and has averaged 15.5 points per game. He feels like he could be an impact player down the stretch in IDP terms.

Nephi Sewell, New Orleans Saints – With Pete Werner missing time with an oblique injury, Sewell earned a starting opportunity with New Orleans. He was solid in Week 13, racking up eight tackles and scoring 17 fantasy points. He might be a good name to stash for the business end of the season if Werner misses more time.

Nate Landman, Atlanta Falcons – Landman has been a nice surprise this season, having developed into a good IDP starter. He scored 15 points in Week 13 against the Jets and he has now logged at least 13 points in eight of his last nine games.

Defensive back

PJ Locke, Denver Broncos – Locke has come in as the Broncos’ starter whilst Kareem Jackson serves his suspension and he has looked very good. Through his last two games he has 15 tackles, two sacks, and a forced fumble. He has also scored 25 points in each outing.

Jimmie Ward, Houston Texans – Health has been the issue for Ward this season in Houston, but he has been very good when he has been on the field. He returned from a hamstring injury in Week 13 and scored 19 points, including a game-winning interception.
